The TOPSUN brand solid tires feature a three-layer rubber structure that significantly enhances overall tire performance. Each layer of rubber compound, with its specific functions and characteristics works in unison to ensure the DecaDura solid tires excel in various environments.
Base Layer:
The Base Layer, positioned at the innermost part of the tire in direct contact with the rim, is made from high-rigidity, high-strength synthetic rubber. This primary material ensures a secure bond between the tire and rim, providing substantial stability and support to withstand heavy loads.
Embedded within this rubber layer, dense cords enhance the Base Layer's strength and durability, while multiple high-strength steel wire bundles embedded in the rubber significantly tighten the tire-to-rim connection.
Cushion Layer:
Located at the tire's core, the Cushion Layer bridges the Base Layer's rigidity with the Tread Layer's suppleness, unifying the three rubber components into a single entity. This layer utilizes soft, highly elastic rubber compounds to efficiently dampen vehicle vibrations, thereby elevating driving comfort and ensuring adaptability across diverse road surfaces.
Tread Layer:
The Tread Layer, positioned as the tire's outermost surface in direct contact with the ground, is crafted from a high-performance rubber compound primarily based on natural rubber. It delivers superior wear resistance, as well as resistance to cutting, puncturing, and tearing. The inclusion of specialized compounds enhances specific attributes like heat and oil resistance. The tread pattern of this layer is designed to improve handling and accommodate a variety of usage scenarios.
Under the collaborative effect of the three-layer rubber structure, combined with unique rubber compound formulations and practical tread patterns, TOPSUN brand solid tires effectively support the operation of various industrial vehicles in diverse environments.
Additionally, they contribute to reducing downtime, production costs, and maintenance expenses.
TOPSUN's tyres are treads made of high-quality natural rubber compounds and have a deep tread pattern, which has been shown in numerous examples to significantly improve the performance of TOPSUN tyres:
1, extend the service life: the deep pattern increases the wear resistance of the tire, extends the replacement cycle, and thus improves the service life.
2, enhance wetland grip and anti-slip performance: in rainy days or wet roads, deep pattern tires can drain more quickly, improve grip and anti- slip, and ensure driving safety.
3, improve the passability: whether it is desert, mud, stone road or snow, deep pattern tires help grasp the ground and provide more traction to help off-road vehicles overcome complex terrain.
4, improve comfort: deep pattern design can absorb more vibration, reduce the discomfort of riding and damage to the vehicle. In addition, TOPSUN tyres strike a balance between deep pattern design and low rolling resistance by improving the performance of the tread rubber, ensuring an overall increase in tyre performance without sacrificing fuel efficiency.
